Warranty

Your Tournament 1000SS is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner, provided the warranty registration card is returned within 30 days of purchase.

This does not mean that the release will not wear out. It must be cleaned and lubricated to assure a long life.

In the event of a defect covered under this warranty, we will at our option, repair or replace this product. All returns must have a return authorization number. Phone (517) 768-8155 for return information.

This Warranty does not apply where:

Warranty registration card was not sent in within 30 days of purchase; Repairs are made or attempted by others; Product has been improperly maintained, misused, or altered in any way.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND OBLIGATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OVERKILL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LABORATORIES INCORPORATED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
